Our routine monitoring program includes the following data sets nine mountain lakes: continuous surface and benthic water temperature, zooplankton community composition, water chemistry, and water column profiles of temperature, dissolved oxygen, and in-situ chlorophyll concentration.
Three sites also include continuous surface and benthic dissolved oxygen and surface in-situ chlorophyll and dissolved organic matter. Please contact us if you would like to discuss data sharing or details on these datasets.
